Talkspace Therapy / A Little Help

Talkspace needed to stand out in a crowded mental health space and drive trial of virtual therapy. We shifted the conversation from crisis to progress—focusing not on breakdowns, but breakthroughs. Our campaign, “A Little Help,” explored how small moments in therapy can spark real, lasting transformation.

Each spot—intimate, human, and insight-driven—highlighted the emotional power of the therapist-member relationship. One featured World Champion swimmer Michael Phelps, whose personal journey made the message hit even deeper.

Meanwhile, our strategy ensured people saw the therapy format they were most likely to use—video, voice, or messaging—at just the right time. A timely, authentic reminder that anyone can change their life, with a little help.

“Known (Agency) challenged us to truly listen to our market research. What we heard was the incredible power of connection that many members felt with their therapists. We gained some moving insights about the way in which therapy can be a catalyst for positive transformation. Whether our advertising features someone with the international fame of Michael Phelps, or simply represents a co-worker or family member, Known helped us beautifully illuminate the moment when therapy sparks a new chapter.
